The Rosenberg Family…. Over the past 6 years, the Rosenberg's have shared their home as a host family for the Philadelphia Phillies' Minor League affiliate, the Lakewood Blue Claws. In the first year, the Rosenberg's opened their home to 2 players, and over the years have provided homes for a total of 21 players housing up to 4 players at one time. Karen Goeller - Sports Performance and Fitness Specialist
Karen Goeller is the author of more gymnastics books than anyone in the USA, ever. Karen Goeller has a career in gymnastics spanning over thirty years, twenty-five of which were spent coaching competitive athletes. Karen Goeller is the author of more gymnastics books than anyone in the USA. She has spent a lifetime refining her skills as a gymnast, gymnastics coach, fitness trainer, and business owner.

Karen has produced NY State Champions, National TOPS Team Athletes, Empire State Games Athletes, and two Level 10 National Champions (Level 10 uneven bars and balance beam).

She and her NY athletes have been featured regularly in the media including on Good Morning America, GoodDay NY, and Eyewitness News. They have also been featured in The New York Times, NY Newsday, Brooklyn Bridge Magazine, and Interview Magazine as well as in several neighborhood newspapers including the Brooklyn Heights Press, Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill Courier" and the "Spring Creek Sun" among others.

Goeller considers it a privilege to have worked at Karolyi's Camp, TX for seven summers as well as at USGTC and IGC for a decade of Holiday Clinics. Working at these camps along with attending many USA Gymnastics events such as the National TOPS Training Camp have all been contributing factors to her vast knowledge of the sport. Karen feels the knowledge she gained as an employee of Paul Spadaro, Bela Karolyi, Mike Jacobson, and Bruno Klaus has helped enable her to produce several successful gymnasts.

Before earning her BA Degree, Karen's education included training as an EMT, Physical Therapist, and Nutritionist. She has held certifications such as EMT-D, Nutritional Analysis, Fitness Trainer, Counseling Techniques, Childcare Fundamentals, USAG Safety Certification, USAG Meet Director, and USAG Skill Evaluator among others.

Karen Goeller's first book was, "Over 75 Drills and Conditioning Exercises." This book was written after Karen was in an accident and could no longer coach as she knew it. She needed a way to train a YMCA coaching staff even though she could no longer be physically active. Karen wrote and hand illustrated the drills and conditioning exercises so the staff would have a clear picture of which drills, conditioning exercises, and skills should be performed during their classes. Karen soon decided to make the information available to other gymnastics coaches. This is what was to become her first published book, "Over 75 Drills and Conditioning Exercises."

Karen Goeller sold this book through the internet to coaches and trainers all over the world, including coaches in the United Kingdom, China, Japan, Australia, Austria, Netherlands, and Canada among other places. According to CrossFit Creator, this book was sued tow rite his training programs which are currently used by military personnel. Goeller’s first book was now the catalyst for many new training programs.

Karen Goeller received a tremendous amount of feedback with praise and compliments on her first drills book, which was more than enough encouragement for her to grow her collection to the current total of more than 16 published books.
